Using QR Codes or NFC for Reviews

Have you tried using QR codes or NFC "touch" items to increase reviews for your business? I was at a restaurant and they had the NFC touch board and it was specifically for Google. I thought it was a cool idea for a restaurant. They were able to ask if we enjoyed everything, gauge our authenticity, then decide if they should share the NFC review thing with us or not. I thought how could something similar happen in a jewelry business without it being tacky or classless.

So far, I am going to try using a QR code that my Sales Executives can then show to Clients. I did run into some issues with Google, specifically linking directly to the Review page/area.

Any ideas on how else to do this?
