Jewel3d v2.0 Not Allowing Manual Align

I have done around seven different scans, each with multiple groups of scans, and the Jewel3D v2.0 software is not giving me the option to manually align the scans. It automatically does some aligning, which needs adjustments, and assumes it aced it.

I really wish there was a manual with this software. More trial and error testing.

I do not know why it is now working, but the software is now allowing me the opportunity to modify alignments before wrapping.

Yes, I have some ideas, but I have not set the time aside to follow up on them quite yet. Still on the list of things to do though.

Hi Javier, I'm still interested in seeing an example scan that you've worked on in Jewel3D v2.0. If you're able to share a file or a link to a scan, I'd love to take a look and see if I can help troubleshoot the manual alignment issue. Additionally, did you ever find a solution to the problem or was it just a temporary glitch?

The software is abominable. It seems to work only when it pleases. I have repeated steps and sometimes they work, other times they do not ... and I am doing the exact same steps. I have been looking for another software solution to use instead of this, but I think this is pretty tied to the hardware.

Hello Javier. Please contact your sales person for support. As both single or multiple scan it support manual alignment.
