What kind of link is this

Hello! Anyone know the type of link this is...couldn't find an exact match in figaro or anchor links
My first guess is a poor imitation of a tiger's eye link. This is just based off of a Google Image Search using the image you provided. The links in the chain you provided seem to be longer. The lack of uniformity is probably due to it being made by hand in an unregulated and most likely not quality controlled manner.
If you do find the exact link please let us know what it is.
