I have done around seven different scans, each with multiple groups of scans, and the Jewel3D v2.0 software is not giving me the option to manually align the scans. It automatically does some aligning, which needs adjustments, and assumes it aced it.

I really wish there was a manual with this software. More trial and error testing.

I do not know why it is now working, but the software is now allowing me the opportunity to modify alignments before wrapping.

Can you share a scan here?

I will see if there is a way for me to scan something of interest and post it here, or at least post a link to it here.
