With so many Jewelers closing their doors some effort should be put towards helping new Jewelers fill the voids.  I have not completed this yet, but I think if an SBA style document packet was established it would help be a guide for aspiring independent Jewelers.

I don't have any to share but I'm looking forward to what you make available. The jewelry industry is a daunting one to enter. Any help would be welcomed.
