List of Refiners

Are there any lists of refiners for different areas? For instance if someone is in LA or NYC or Dallas is there a list anywhere of refiners?

Does something like this work? I have not done business with these places, I do not know if they are legitimate, and am not vouching for them. I just did a few searches and placed them on a custom map.
