Restructuring?

A buddy of mine told me Raymond Weil was doing some type of house cleaning because they kicked a bunch of authorized dealers out and made it more exclusive. Anyone heard anything about this?

I do not know the motivations of Raymond Weil, but I do know they did intentionally close a lot of accounts, consolidating their Authorized Dealer network.

Since doing this they have a number of locations listed in their Store Locator that are no longer AD's.  (as of this post)

a buddy of mine who does watches for a living said if Raymond Weil can keep doing whatever they did with their RW1212 movment then they will be well on their way to becoming one of the finer watches around.
