Re: DIY investment making

I found more information related to your question. I have not tried this yet, as I am working on a few other projects, but want to post this before I lose the information. I would be very interested in results from this, or from your own experimentations.

This is a venture into the alchemy of ...

To dive a little deeper, and I do mean a little ...

As I alluded to above, the Meco Midget and the Hoke torch both enjoy devoted followings, yet they cater to slightly different sensibilities. The Meco Midget is compact, ergonomic, and praised for its precise control. It usually feels substantial ...

Re: Coin scanning tutorial video

In your video, the bottom left window shows the brightness and cutoff level. It is my understanding the brightness is represented by the color red, meaning the red portions of the object may be too shiny or too bright to scan. However, in your video, the entire coin was a bright red.

FreeCAD 1.0 STL Mesh Analyze and Repair

FreeCAD 1.0's STL Mesh Analyze and Repair is super easy and works better than any other software I have tried.

I opened a New file, then Imported the STL file I wanted to fix, then made sure I was in the Mesh workbench, select the object, under Meshes go to Analyze then Evaluate and Repair Mesh ...
