I do not know why it is now working, but the software is now allowing me the opportunity to modify alignments before wrapping.

I have done around seven different scans, each with multiple groups of scans, and the Jewel3D v2.0 software is not giving me the option to manually align the scans. It automatically does some aligning, which needs adjustments, and assumes it aced it. I really wish there was a manual with this ...
